President of Stan Koch & Sons Trucking, Inc., Randy actively leads the executive team with his more than 30 years experience in transportation, leasing, warehousing and wholesale operations.

From the beginning, the Koch family embraced a philosophy of customer service that continues to distinguish the company today. This steadfast commitment to service has allowed Stan Koch & Sons Trucking, Inc. to become a strategic resource for its customers in all aspects of international and North American transportation including logistics, trucking, air freight, maritime, warehousing and leasing.

Jeff Faust
Vice President and General Manager—Koch Logistics

As Vice President and General Manager, Jeff leads Koch Logistics using his 28 plus years in the transportation industry. A graduate of Minnesota State University, Moorhead, Jeff has extensive background in both sales and operations of asset and non-asset services.

Since being named Vice President & General Manager in 2000, Jeff has brought a rare blend of determination, integrity and smart thinking to his customers' most important logistics challenges.

Darren Nelson

Darren Nelson
National Sales Manager

Darren uses his 14 years in the transportation industry to guide national sales at Koch Logistics. Darren maintains a customer focused and solutions-orientated approach to business that has been built on a strong foundation of ethics, accountability and trust. Darren is involved with the CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals) Twin Cities Roundtable, which leads the supply chain profession by developing, advancing and disseminating logistics knowledge.

Since joining Koch in 1999, Darren has brought a rare blend of determination, integrity and smart thinking to his customers’ most important logistics challenges.

Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson
National Account Executive

Jennifer is part of the knowledgeable team at Koch which deftly navigates the dynamic world of shipping. A graduate of St. Cloud State University, Jennifer is involved with the CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals) Twin Cities Roundtable, which leads the supply chain profession by developing, advancing and disseminating logistics knowledge.

Jennifer has been Koch Logistics’ National Account Executive since 2007 and has more than 13 years in the transportation industry.

Tom Hall

Tom Hall
National Account Executive

Tom brings 13 years of experience to deftly solve customers' complex logistics challenges. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, Tom has held roles in business development and strategic planning, supply chain management and customer relations.

As part of the knowledgeable sales team at Koch Logistics, Tom works to make customers more productive and profitable. With an approach based on accountability and integrity, Tom focuses not only on meeting client needs but becoming their trusted business partner.

Karl Fillhouer

Karl Fillhouer
Director of Operations

Karl has more than 26 years experience in the transportation industry and is responsible for all operations of Koch Logistics including Truckload, LTL, Air Freight, International, Warehousing and Cartage operations. Outperforming the industry with its on-time pickup and delivery record, Koch Logistics can not only handle the routine deliveries, but has the flexibility to make on-the-fly adjustments and overcome delays.

Along with the knowledgeable team at Koch Logistics, Karl deftly navigates the dynamic world of international shipping to minimize interruptions and maximize supply chain efficiency.

Paul Grothe

Paul Grothe
Director of Information Technology

As Director of IT for Koch Logistics, Paul leads all technology applications to keep clients and partners ahead of the curve by offering greater visibility of projects. Paul has over 26 years experience with Information Technology in multiple industries including retail, financial, manufacturing, hospitality, travel, marketing, aerospace and social services. Paul is responsible for facilities management as well as Koch’s Information Management group which tracks shipment statuses and compiles the associate support documents from vendors.

Integrating logistics services into systems is an important aspect of working with Koch Logistics. In addition to custom reporting with custom data interfaces, Koch Logistics’ secure, advanced information technology is EDI compatible and provides effective warehouse and freight management.

Tom Torreson

Tom Torreson
Director of Administration

As Director of Administration for Koch Logistics since 2000, Tom helps Koch offer highly efficient, cost-effective financial and administrative services to support smarter supply chain logistics programs for customers. Tom is currently responsible for claims administration, monthly reporting, financial analysis, contract administration and providing clients with periodic activity reports and analysis.

Tom draws from 25 years of accounting experience in both the public and private sector to ensure the financial stability and security of the company. Koch Logistics and its parent, Stan Koch & Sons Trucking, have a strong financial position and are able to meet the current and future needs of customers.
